Joticle, Inc. operates BoreholeIQ at boreholeiq.com. Contact: privacy@boreholeiq.com.

2. What we collect

Account info: name, email, firm details, password (hashed).
Customer Data: whatever you upload — boring logs, samples, lab results, photos, project info.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, error logs, IP address, browser, device.
Billing: handled by Stripe; we don't store card numbers.

3. How we use it

Provide and improve the Service.
Communicate with you about your Account, security, and product updates.
Comply with law.
Create anonymized and aggregated data per the Terms of Service.

4. Who we share with

Subprocessors listed at boreholeiq.com/legal/subprocessors.
Law enforcement when legally compelled.
Acquirers in a business transaction, with continuity of these terms.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Where we store it

United States.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise rights, email privacy@boreholeiq.com. We respond within 30 days.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah residents have specific rights under their state laws. We honor those rights.

The Service is not directed at people under 18.
